Michelle Droll's work is both a humorous journal of everyday events and an exploration of a somewhat defiant take on the genre of landscape painting. With a background in architecture and technology, Michelle builds physical and virtual objects that speak to her concerns for the environment and social issues. Her work has been exhibited in museums including MOCA Cleveland, Akron Art Museum and galleries in New York and Philadelphia. It is held in private collections nationally and internationally. Michelle earned a BS from Utica College (NY), BFA at Cleveland Institute of Art and MFA at Kent State University (OH).
